City Dance Center Policies
Registration:
Paid yearly $40 per student or $75 per family. Due at time of enrollment and non-refundable.
Tuition:
- Due by the 1st and late after the 5th of each month.
- $15 late fee after the 5th of the month
- $25 Returned Check Fee
- No statements will be mailed
Payment Methods:
Credit/Debit Card, ACH (Automatic Monthly Withdrawals), Check/Cash.
Annual Showcase
$50 Recital Fee per student or $75 per family due by October 15th and non-refundable after Nov. 30th
Recital Costumes
Costume deposit due by Nov.30th; Balance due by March 31st. Costume Payments are non-refundable once costumes have been ordered (manufacturer policy).
Classroom Etiquette
Students are to arrive between 5 and 10 minutes before class begins and be picked up by an authorized person within 5 minutes of the end of class.
No chewing gum, food, or drinks permitted in the dance studios please!
Proper dance attire must be worn at all times along with the correct dance shoes. (see Dress Code)
