Tuition:

Due by the 1st and late after the 10th of the month.

A $15 late fee will be added to your account after the 10th of the month.

$50 Showcase Fee per student or $75 per family.

Showcase Costumes

A $25 deposit (per costume) is due by Nov.1st

The total balance owed for all costumes is due by January 1st

Showcase Info

Participation in the Spring Showcase is not required but is encouraged! This is a great way for dancers to work on their performance skills and show off what they’ve learned!

Paying a Showcase Fee means there is a commitment to purchasing a costume and correct shoes, regular class attendance, and performing in the Spring Showcase.

The Showcase will involve 2 or 3 days in late Spring of technical rehearsals, dress rehearsal, and the show.

Attendance is extremely important so that students will know their routines and have a positive experience on stage!

Classroom Etiquette

Students are to arrive between 5 and 10 minutes before class begins. Parents, please do not drop your child off more than 10 minutes before class starts.

An authorized person should pick up their dancer within 5 minutes of the end of class. We are not responsible for dancers after class has ended.

No gum, food, or drinks permitted in the dance studios with the exception of bottled water.

Proper dance attire must be worn at all times along with the correct dance shoes. (see Dress Code)

If students misbehave during class, they will be asked to sit out. If behavior continues, a parent will be called and the student will be asked to leave the classroom.

Class Withdrawals

Parents MUST notify the office if you will be withdrawing your child from class. Your account will continue to be charged until we are notified.

Holidays

City Dance Center DOES NOT follow the BISD calendar. We will post studio closings at the studio and notify you in advance through email.

Refunds

City Dance Center does not offer refunds on: Missed Classes, Registration Fees, Showcase Fees, Costume Fees.
